Q1-You have sales target finished amount requirement to the distributor?

The distributors will be our close partners. They not only need to promote the brand but also should have sales targets. Only in this way can we achieve a win-win situation.

Q2-Can I delivery the goods from other supplier to your factory? Then load together?

Sure thing. Hanagal will provide its partners with as many services as possible.

Q3-When will you leave your factory and to have your spring festival holidays?

The company has its own working hours and vacation scheduling. We prioritize customers as one of our service contents. The Spring Festival is a traditional holiday in China, and the vacation period will be relatively long, approximately around 15 days. We will issue the holiday notice before the Spring Festival and share it with customers or post it on our website.

Q4-Do You have office in shanghai or guangzhou that i can visit?

Q5-Can I only buy some spare parts from you?

When you need it, our business will provide you with valuable information. We will still adhere to the principle of putting customers first.

Q6-Will you attend the fair to show your products?

we attend several industry exhibitions and send out invitations via posters or emails every times.

Q7-Can you send your product to my warehouse in guangzhou?

Yes, when the customer provides a clear warehouse address, we will safely deliver the goods.

Q8-How long it takes you to provide the designing options for us?

Providing design solutions is a unique service offered by our Hanagal company. Many companies in the same industry may not have this service. Generally, we can provide the solutions within 10 to 15 days.

Q9-What is your products standardization?

The company's production complies with ISO9001:2015. Different products with different functions will have different production processes and testing methods. Customer satisfaction is the product standard of HANAGAL company.

Q10-How do you pack the product?

The packaging method will be discussed and agreed upon with the customer before mass production. The packaging of the Hanagal brand usually consists of a colored brand inner box, inner box stickers, brand packaging paper, brand tags, and anti-mold and dehumidifying agents. Then, 10 pairs are packed in one box, with single-size packaging.

Q11-Can you can design the product according to our size?

This is one of the tasks we must undertake, and it will be confirmed through a fitting session.

Q12-How many years have your company made this kind of product?

We have been producing this type of product for over 20 years. The brand has been in existence since 2003.

Q13-Which certificate do you have for your product?

We will obtain the ISO9001:2015 certification, and there will be on-site ITS certification every year. The products will have test reports from provincial-level inspection institutions. When there is a demand from customers, we will also conduct CE certification.

Q14-How many staffs do you have in your factory?

The company has 230 production staff and 20 brand operation personnel.

Q15-How can I to be your agent in my country?

Q17-Do you have any real project pictures of the product?

This is one of the tasks we must undertake. We will have the American workers take photos and create the initial product illustrations.

Q18-How far is your factory from the city hotel?

Our company is located in the urban area of Guangzhou. The factory is about 30 min away from the company. There are chain hotels and 4-star hotels near the company, and it takes about 20 min to reach the city center.

Q19-How far is your factory from the airport?

The company is approximately 40 minutes' drive from the airport, which is about 35 KM away.

Q20-How long it will take from guangzhou to your factory?

About 30 minutes.

Q21-Where is your factory located?

Our factory is located in Lishui, Foshan, bordering Guangzhou.

Q22-Do you provide free sample?

Our samples are subject to a fee. However, if an order is confirmed, the sample fee will be refunded or can be used as part of the payment for the goods.

Q23-What is the warranty for your products?

We will provide warranty or exchange services in accordance with national policies. If there are overall quality issues with the product, such as delamination or broken edges, we will offer free replacement. If the size and the fit of the left and right feet are inconsistent, we will also provide free replacement. For minor quality problems, we can either repair them or provide remote guidance for the repair.

Q24-If OEM/OBM/ODM is acceptable?

Yes, this is one of our service offerings.

Q25-What is your term of payment?

We adopt the T/T payment method. A 30% deposit is required, and the remaining 70% of the payment will be made upon the delivery of the goods.

Q26-What is your MOQ?

Our customization has a minimum order quantity requirement. Usually, it is 800 to 1000 pairs per Color/style. If you are under pressure regarding the minimum order quantity for customization, please communicate with our business department. If you are a Hanagal agent, there is no minimum order quantity limit.

Q27-Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

We are a manufacturer with our own factory, but the brand operation and business are independent.

Q28-How long is your delivery time?

We have a standard production process. If it's a new form, we will go through 4 trial production stages before reaching the final mass production. The production lead time is approximately 80 days. For production orders that need to be replenished, the lead time is approximately 50 days. If it's a HANAGAL brand product with in-stock availability, we can deliver the goods the next day.

Q29-How many production lines in your factory?

We have two production lines, with a daily output capacity of approximately 3,000 to 4,000 pairs.
